We want to make your shopping experience stress free & easy. Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders can be placed during our business hours 9am-3pm MST Monday through Friday.
Direct order items are processed & shipped within 48 hours, not including a holiday weekend schedule.
If you have a special order need or need help outside of our normal business hours, please email customerservice@mademostlybyme.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Custom Orders
We definitely take custom orders. Please contact or call us regarding your custom order request.
Some custom order items may take up to 3-7 business days to handcraft before they are shipped. More detailed custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to craft before shipping.
We make every effort to complete custom orders as quickly as possible.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
At any time, custom order or custom color requests have increased, there may be a 2 week or more turn around for these items. We will post any unusual increases in production times on our home page and/or our Etsy home page.

We are closed for all Federal Holidays and for the following 2015 US holidays, so please allow time for call backs and order processing.

Repurposed Items Condition
When we use repurposed items in our creations, we try to pick the cleanest, most wear free used items, however sometimes the piece may show wear & use. Part of the purpose of using repurposed items it to keep landfills free & recycle for a greener contribution. These imperfect castaway items can find new life & purpose and are beautiful in their own right.
