Return Policy:

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  Returns and exchanges for non-custom/personalized items will be accepted within the first 7-10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items or personalized items.

 

All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip & original packaging. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return on your packing slip.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so it is advisable to insure & track your return.  Customer is responsible for return tracking & insurance fees.

 

Payment refunds for returned items will be processed after the item is received & inspected.  Refunds made in the original form of payment only (no cash refunds).  Refunds do not include original shipping charges.

 

No returns or exchanges accepted after 10 business days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  Exchanges can be made on non-custom/personalized items within the first 7-10 days of receiving your order.  We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom items or personalized items.

 

Exchanged items must be received by us, before we ship out the new product.  All exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip & original packaging. When you exchange an item, please indicate the reason for the exchange on the packing slip.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges which include returns, exchange returns & replacement item shipments.

 

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so it is advisable to insure & track your return.  Customer is responsible for return tracking & insurance fee.

 

Any pricing differences on exchanges will be charged or credited in the original form of payment (no cash refunds).

 

If you received your item as a gift or Holiday gift and need to exchange it, please contact us.

For any pricing differences on a gift exchange, payments will be processed via your credit card and in-store credits will be issued for refunds.  No cash or credit card refunds will be made on gift exchanges.

Damaged Upon Arrival

 

If your items arrive to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

 

Damages to the glass garden flowers will need photos taken of the glass sculpture & the box in order to file an insurance claim with the postal service.  Please send photos within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.

 

Cancellations

 

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately.

If you placed a custom order and feel you need to cancel, please contact us immediately.

Custom/personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
