​For All Orders:

 

Direct order Items are processed & shipped within 48 hours, not including a holiday weekend schedule.

 

Custom order items may take up to 3-7 business days to handcraft before the order is shipped.  More detailed custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to craft before shipping.  Contact us if you have custom order requests.  We will get them made & shipped as soon as possible.

 

Customers are responsible for any returns or exchange shipping fees.

 

 

Domestic Shipping Inside The US:

 

All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail based on package weight and package size.  Shipping in the United States typically takes between 2-5 business days.

 

All US orders come with a tracking number.

 

We will ship to the PAYPAL address given, unless you have emailed a different mailing/shipping address.  Please check that the shipping address is correct.

 

All shipping delivery dates are estimates via the postal service.  We cannot guarantee precise shipping dates.

International shipping (including Canada & Mexico):

 

International shipping typically takes about 7-15 business days.

International orders are shipped either by USPS First Class International or Priority Mail and are based on package weight & package size and country.

 

USPS tracking for international order is typically available.  If it is available for your order, then we will include tracking.

 

All shipping delivery dates are estimates via the postal service.  We cannot guarantee precise shipping dates.

 

International orders over $25.00 may be subject to customs fees/duty/import taxes/or VAT fees upon delivery.  The buyer is responsible for these fees & taxes.

Lost Items/Incorrect Address:

 

We are not responsible for items that are stolen, lost by the postal service, or items lost due to a wrong address given by the customer.

 

If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know and we will process payment accordingly.
